Within the Service Line Finance team, the Company Accounting Manager (CAM) is the guarantor of the compliance of the application of the local tax rules and IFRS for the entity, or entities, for which it is responsible.

We are looking for : 

The Company Accounting Manager is based in the local offices  and he/she is operating the Accounting Manager role for legal entities located in this country .

We count on you for : 

• Coordinate and perform accounting operations and take all necessary actions to prepare an accurate month end closing (supported by Local accounting team); to guarantee all financial documents prepared comply with IFRS
• Anticipate events affecting the company 
• Perform accounting positions based on judgmental IFRS criterias 
• Ensure IFRS forecasts (i.e non industrial cash flow) and analysis required by Finance Corporate of the Recipient
• Accountable on accounting justification and internal control
• Validate and publish IFRS month end packages
• Answer to IFRS audit questions
• Ensure financial monitoring to detect material deficiencies according to IFRS
• Manage local Tax ( tax return/ prepayment) in close collaboration with GTax
• Prepare statutory accounts (and filling), including CbCR/Pillar 2 
• Answer statutory audit (local auditors)
• Manage some rep offices (Morocco, Serbia, Mongolia) , a PE (Zambia) , subsidiaries in DCR and KAZ  (cash transfer/Payment, Audit (for some), Tax controls, evolving legislations, accounting organization)

You will bring:

• Degree in Finance, Business Management or in a relevant domain
• Minimum of 10 years experience in finance domain
• Effective organizational skills and ability to navigate through different levels of the organization
• Strong Customer-focus and ability to be agile
• High level of Communication skills
• SAP experience in the domain
• Proactive with a high level of initiative
• Strong collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Other language is a plus
