We’re looking for:
We are looking for a high-impact Business Analyst / Process Manager to join a strategic, enterprise-wide Payroll & Time Transformation program.
This is not a BA support role — it is a transformation role at the heart of simplifying, standardizing, and modernizing payroll and time processes across multiple countries.
You will work cross-functionally with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, GBS, and external vendors to redesign processes, reduce complexity, and enable automation at scale.
Reporting to the Payroll Transformation Project Lead, you will act as the expert across all transformation streams, driving end-to-end process redesign, supporting data harmonization, and ensuring alignment between business, systems, and vendor execution to deliver simplified, standardized, and scalable Payroll & Time solutions.

We’ll count on you to:
- Lead end-to-end process mapping (As-Is & To-Be) across payroll and time streams
- Identify structural simplification and automation opportunities
- Drive data harmonization (leave, bonus, basic pay, work schedules)
- Strengthen and implement controls to enable first-time-right payroll
- Support wave-based implementation and stabilization
- Contribute to vendor governance and performance improvement
You Will Bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in Payroll, HRIS, or Process Transformation
- Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll lifecycle (multi-country preferred)
- Experience with process modelling tools (Signavio preferred)
- Structured thinker who can challenge legacy complexity
- Comfortable operating in transformation environments
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
You Will Get:
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- The Portuguese annual base salary reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is €35,600 to €50,700. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range. Total compensation for this role also include bonus and/or other incentives.
