A Master Data Specialist responsible for maintaining and improving planning and site master data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency across supply chain and manufacturing processes. This role supports production planning, inventory management, and site operations by creating, updating, validating, and monitoring master data within ERP and planning systems. The specialist collaborates closely with planning, manufacturing, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure data integrity, support continuous improvement initiatives, and enable reliable business reporting and decision-making.
We count on you to:

Maintain and update Supply Chain Master Data to support US and/or EU production sites.

Support planning and site operations through accurate creation and maintenance of material, BOM, routing, and planning master data.

Provide functional support for Maestro and MF50 systems, including data maintenance, issue resolution, and user support.

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across ERP and planning systems.

Coordinate with Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Supply Chain teams to support operational requirements and changes.

Perform master data validations, audits, and corrections to improve data quality and system reliability.

Support new product introductions, site changes, and continuous improvement initiatives related to master data processes.

Assist in troubleshooting planning and system-related master data issues impacting production and supply chain activities.

Contribute to standardization and documentation of master data governance processes and procedures.

Generate and analyze reports to support planning performance and operational decision-making.
You will bring:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

0–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Planning, Master Data, or manufacturing support roles.

Basic understanding of ERP and planning systems; experience with Maestro, MF50, SAP, or similar systems is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Eagerness to learn Supply Chain processes and master data management practices.
You will get:

The Portuguese annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: 26,000.00€ to 30,561.00€. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range.
