Car Fleet Intern

We are looking for a trainee to:

• Collaborate with internal team to identify areas for process enhancement and participate in Car Fleet projects

 
We count on you to:

• Track company vehicles & license plates and maintain overall vehicle & fleet management databases and ensure accurate data.

• Review to support, to optimize the invoicing process of fleet partners and all related stakeholders.

• Coordinate and manage day-to-day fleet operations with key fleet partners and with the support of senior car fleet members, continuously looking to improve interactions, processes and data.

• To coordinate with Global Package Owner, partners and internal stakeholders on fleet replacement strategy aligning with applicable global car policies and regulations.

• To review the quality performance of key fleet partners on frequent basis, in partnership with BSA Procurement

• Monitor and analyse the KPIs related to the different fleet processes and report on them

• Drive the implementation, maintenance and improvement of Syensqo’s Global standards

• Debrief assessments reports to specific target population

  
What you will bring: 

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or in a relevant domain.

• Fleet operations understanding.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Additional languages are a plus: French, Italian, German, Spanish, Chinese.

• Proven ability to drive initiatives to conclusion.

• Good interpersonal skills and communication at all levels.

• Impact and influence.

• Analytical skills to interpret data to improve the process.

• Proactivity and being able to take initiatives.

• Ability to adapt to and learn new IT systems.

• Excellent communication skills and positive team-oriented attitude.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize & execute numerous tasks.
