We’re looking for:
We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Change Management Lead to support the enterprise-wide Payroll & Time Transformation Program at Syensqo.
In this role you will be responsible to design and drive the change strategy across multiple workstreams, ensuring successful adoption of new processes, systems, governance models, and ways of working across HR, Payroll, Global Business Services (GBS), IT, and country leadership teams.
Reporting to the Payroll Transformation Project Lead, you will act as a trusted partner to senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities while delivering measurable business value, operational excellence, and scalable Payroll & Time Management solutions across our global footprint.
We’ll count on you to:
Change Strategy & Roadmap
- Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy aligned with the Payroll & Time Transformation roadmap
- Conduct structured impact assessments across countries and functions
Stakeholder & Impact Management
- Map stakeholder groups (Payroll teams, HR, Site Leaders, GBS, IT, Vendors)
- Proactively identify resistance risks and develop mitigation plans
- Engage key country leaders as transformation sponsors
Communication Strategy
- Design and implement a global and local communication plan
- Ensure consistent messaging across regions and workstreams
- Prepare executive-level updates and transformation briefings
- Manage critical milestone communications and risk messaging
Training & Adoption
- Define training strategy per audience and per rollout wave
- Coordinate development of training materials and documentation
- Track readiness and adoption KPIs
- Support hypercare stabilization following go-live
Governance & Reinforcement
- Embed change reinforcement into governance structures
- Monitor adoption metrics and post-implementation performance
- Ensure sustainability of new processes and controls
- Integrate lessons learned into ongoing program methodology
You Will Bring:
- 7+ years experience in change management within medium to large-scale transformation programs
- Experience in HR, Payroll or ERP transformation environments
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Structured, pragmatic, and able to navigate complexity in a multi-country setting
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel internationally as required.
You Will Get:
- Competitive salary and benefits package.
- The Portuguese annual base salary reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is €48,400 to €60,500. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range. Total compensation for this role also include bonus and/or other incentives.
