We are looking for:

Someone to integrate our Corporate Business Services controlling team as a trainee, with an analytical and problem-solver mindset.

We count on you to:

Support the controlling team on 2 main processes as follows:

1. Workforce planning tool :

• Participate in the improvement process/deployment of the Workforce Planning Tool - this is the tool used to track Labor Data (Anaplan)

• Coordinate with different teams as a way to collect and update data in the tool

• Data management capacity - treat, assess & find inconsistencies in the collected data

• Receive and act on feedback received from users

• Coordinate with IT Teams in order to continuously improve the functionalities of the tool

2. Replicon tool data admin support:

• Replicon is the tool to manage project time allocation

• Access management

• Time allocation Process management in the tool 

You can count on us for:

• Being accompanied, coached, and challenged

• Providing all the necessary training

• Exposing yourself to an international environment

• Participate in continuous improvement projects

You will bring: 

• University Degree (academic background in Engineering, Finance, IT, or Management is a plus)

• Ability to discuss and collaborate with different teams (IT, Finance, and HR)

• Advanced Excel is a plus

• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
