Role Introduction:
As Digital Growth IT Domain Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the digital ecosystem that supports Syensqo’s growth strategy. You will design, oversee, and optimize the digital architecture landscape across domains such as Data, AI, Product Information, Customer Experience, and Digital Growth custom products. Your work will ensure scalability, security, and interoperability of systems and platforms, enabling efficient digital transformation. This is a unique opportunity to connect business vision with technology execution, while collaborating with diverse teams to deliver value and drive innovation.

Vision & Strategy:
- Define and champion the digital architecture strategy, aligning business objectives with IT capabilities;
- Assess current digital platforms and architectures to identify gaps and improvement opportunities;
- Develop and communicate architectural principles, standards, and guidelines for the Digital Growth domain;
- Partner with stakeholders to design future-state architectures that support Syensqo’s business priorities, sustainability goals, and digital innovation agenda;
- Contribute to enterprise-wide data governance and architecture transformation programs.

Roadmap Leadership & Execution:
- Lead the digital architecture roadmap, ensuring alignment with business priorities and technology strategy;
- Evaluate and recommend technology solutions, ensuring interoperability and scalability across platforms;
- Collaborate with other Architects, Data, AI, and Business stakeholders to design and implement solutions;
- Guide teams in adopting modern practices (API-first, cloud-native, microservices, AI integration, etc.);
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security, risk, and compliance standards;
- Anticipate risks and dependencies, providing mitigation strategies and solutions.

Operational Excellence & Maintenance:
- Act as the owner of the digital architecture frameworks within the Digital Growth domain;
- Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance of systems and integrations;
- Monitor and optimize costs of digital solutions, balancing innovation with operational efficiency;
- Facilitate continuous improvement by incorporating feedback and monitoring solution adoption;
- Provide architecture governance and support for major digital programs and initiatives.
 
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven experience as a Domain Architect, or equivalent in large-scale digital transformation projects;
- Expertise in digital platforms, integration frameworks, and cloud-based architectures;
- Strong knowledge of data management, analytics, and AI-driven solutions;
- Hands-on experience in Agile methodologies and IT project delivery;
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and risk management in digital ecosystems;
- Understanding of manufacturing B2B markets and customer engagement technologies is desirable.
