We are looking for:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HSE Trainee to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices within a dynamic and innovative company. The HSE Trainee will support the implementation and monitoring of HSE policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace in both of our offices in Lisbon

We count on you for:

• Work alongside your team to identify potential hazards and develop risk control measures
• Support and maintain accurate records of HSE activities and documentation
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE regulations
• Support the investigation of incidents and accidents, and assist in the preparation of reports
• Participate in HSE training sessions and workshops
• Collaborate to promote a culture of safety and environmental awareness

You will bring: 

• Training as an occupational health and safety technician (minimum CAP IV). Or who can demonstrate that they are completing the training
• Languages: Ability to speak, write and read the English language
• Motivated and proactive with good organizational skills
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Sheets and Google Slides is beneficial
