Syensqo is all about chemistry. We’re not just referring to chemical reactions here, but also to the magic that occurs when the brightest minds get to work together. This is where our true strength lies. In you. In your future colleagues and in all your differences. And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come.
Are you passionate about building a single, unified view of data across an entire enterprise?
Do you enjoy structuring complex business concepts into clear, reusable data models that power analytics, digital use cases, easy data governance and operational systems? If you thrive at the intersection of business understanding, data architecture, and governance, we’d love to hear from you!
We are looking for:
- As an Information Architect, you will play a critical role within Syensqo’s data transformation journey by structuring, governing, and optimizing information across Syensqo’s digital ecosystem. - Syensqo has a transformation program that represents a rare opportunity to shape the information backbone of a global enterprise at scale. You will be a “Transformation Architect,” not “Content Librarian” which is a rare career opportunity. - The Information Architect is a key contributor within Syensqo’s data transformation journey, responsible for designing, harmonizing, and governing the Enterprise Data Model that powers the Gold layer of our Medallion architecture in Microsoft Fabric, the Shared common Semantic model(s), ontology and Data Catalog, Lineage.
We count on you for:
- Define, design, and maintain enterprise information architecture frameworks, including content models, metadata schemas, taxonomies, and ontologies
- Ensure consistency and coherence of information structures across digital platforms, applications, and data domains
- Collaborate with UX, Product, Data, and IT teams to translate business and user needs into effective information structures
