This is where our true strength lies. In you. In your future colleagues and in all your differences. And of course, in your ideas to improve lives while preserving our planet’s beauty for the generations to come.

We are looking for:

  • A Seeq Platform Owner to act as the primary technical point of contact for all matters related to the Seeq analytics platform. This role combines deep hands-on expertise with ownership of long-term platform health, vendor coordination, user enablement, and use-case development

  • The Seeq Expert will work closely with internal stakeholders (engineering, operations, data, and digital teams) and with Seeq as a vendor, ensuring issues are resolved effectively and that the platform continuously delivers business value

  • This is a key role in scaling advanced analytics adoption across the organization

We count on you to:

Seeq Platform Ownership & Support

  • Act as the main technical point of contact for all Seeq-related questions, issues, and requests

  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for platform, performance, data connectivity, and user issues

  • Manage escalation and follow-up with Seeq support and product teams, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication

  • Track recurring issues and drive long-term, sustainable solutions rather than short-term fixes

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

  • Own the technical relationship with Seeq, including support cases, enhancements, and roadmap discussions

  • Translate business and user needs into clear technical requirements for Seeq

  • Coordinate with internal IT, data, and security teams on integrations, upgrades, and compliance topics

Use Case Development & Analytics Enablement

  • Support and actively contribute to the development of new Seeq use cases (process optimization, monitoring, anomaly detection, performance analysis, etc.)

  • Collaborate with domain experts to turn operational problems into scalable Seeq analyses

  • Promote best practices for Seeq analysis design, performance, and reuse

Training & Knowledge Enablement

  • Develop and maintain training materials (guides, tutorials, videos, example notebooks, best-practice documentation)

  • Deliver onboarding sessions and advanced training for different user profiles (engineers, analysts, power users)

  • Act as a Seeq “champion” internally, helping grow user maturity and self-service analytics adoption

Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor platform usage, performance, and adoption metrics

  • Propose improvements to tooling, processes, and governance around Seeq usage

  • Stay up to date with new Seeq features and proactively assess their value for the organization

You will bring:

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with Seeq (analysis creation, data connectors, troubleshooting, user support)

  • Background in industrial analytics, process data, or time-series data analysis

  • Experience working with OT / industrial data sources (e.g. historians such as PI, Aspen, AVEVA, etc.)

  • Ability to diagnose complex technical issues and communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Experience working with external vendors or SaaS providers

  • Strong documentation and training material creation skills

  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Nice to Have

  • Experience in manufacturing, chemicals, energy, or process industries

  • Scripting or data skills (Python, SQL, basic data engineering concepts)

  • Experience supporting analytics platforms at scale

  • Exposure to cloud environments or hybrid IT/OT architectures

Soft Skills

  • Ownership mindset — comfortable being the go-to person

  • Structured and proactive problem solver

  • Strong communicator who enjoys enabling others

  • Comfortable working in a global, distributed environment

You will get:

  • The Portuguese annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: € 35,000 to € 50,000.  Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range. Total compensation for this role also include bonus and/or other incentives

  • 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations

  • Training platform for all employees

  • Free well-being sessions (physical and psychological)
