We are looking for:
- A Senior Manager People Analytics & Workforce Planning to support the development of the organisation’s HR Analytics and Workforce Planning capability, ensuring people data is reliable, connected and translated into actionable insights for HR and business leaders.
- You will shape the people data architecture, support the build of the HR data layer within the enterprise data lake, and lead the implementation and adoption of a third-party People Analytics platform.
- You will be responsible for both strategic analytics and core & regular HR reporting, including standard dashboards, recurring management reporting, workforce metrics and ad hoc analysis. Working closely with HR, IT, Data, Finance and business stakeholders, the role enables better decisions through trusted data, effective dashboards, predictive insights and robust workforce planning.
We count on you for:

Co-lead the development of the organisation’s HR Analytics and Workforce Planning capability, ensuring people data is reliable, connected and translated into actionable insights for HR and business leaders.

Own the HR Analytics roadmap, governance and reporting standards, ensuring alignment with HR, business, IT, Data and Finance priorities.

Lead the functional implementation and adoption of the selected People Analytics platform, translating business needs into dashboards, data models, reporting products and analytics use cases.

Own standard HR dashboarding and recurring reporting, including core workforce metrics such as headcount, FTE, vacancies, attrition, hiring, absence, diversity, talent, performance, compensation and workforce cost.

Provide ad hoc analysis and insight to support business questions, organisational reviews, workforce decisions and HR leadership priorities.

Develop and embed position management, workforce planning and strategic workforce planning processes, connecting positions, incumbents, vacancies, cost centres, budgets, talent data and future workforce scenarios.

Provide predictive and forward-looking insights to help leaders anticipate workforce risks, capability gaps, talent needs and future resourcing options.

Drive data quality, common metric definitions, self-service reporting and responsible use of people data across HR and the business.

Recurring HR reporting is accurate, standardised and increasingly automated.

The People Analytics platform is implemented, adopted and used to support decision-making.

The people data layer is clearly designed, governed and connected to relevant HR source systems.

Position management and workforce planning provide a reliable foundation for headcount, cost and organisational planning.

Strategic workforce planning enables more predictive decisions on future capability needs, workforce risks and talent gaps.
You will bring:

Experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Workforce Planning, HR Reporting, HR Technology or a related field.

Strong understanding of HR data, workforce metrics, reporting frameworks, data governance and people analytics use cases.

Experience designing or managing dashboards, recurring reports, executive reporting packs and self-service analytics.

Experience working with HR systems, data integration, data models, data lakes or analytics platforms.

Good understanding of workforce planning, position management, organisation management and strategic workforce planning.

Ability to translate business questions into data requirements, dashboards, analytical outputs and actionable recommendations.

Strong analytical, storytelling and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across HR, IT, Data, Finance and business leaders.

Comfortable operating across both strategic and operational levels, from designing future analytics capability to ensuring day-to-day reporting runs effectively.
- Collaborative approach with the ability to build trusted relationships across HR and the business.

The Belgium annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: €113,600 to €142,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, experience, qualification and internal equity and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range.
The primary location for this job is Belgium; however, it may also be based in other countries. For other countries, local competitive salary conditions will apply, in line with local legislation. Information will be provided before your first interview
