We are looking for a trainee to:

• Perform regular Customer Service activities, processing sample requests for direct customers and distributors.

• Provide a standard level of service to our transactional customers and distributors.

 
We count on you to:

• Learn how to manage effective and accurate order processing from order placement to delivery and follow-up.

• Manage sample orders to prospect customers.

• Manage customer’s specific requirements.

• Sample management.

• Customer’s request management.

  
What you will bring: 

• University Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related fields

• No previous experience needed

• Fluent in English 

• Acute customer centricity

• Excellent relational skills

• Capacity to collaborate and work within a team

• Eager to learn how to manage projects

• Microsoft Excel / Google Suite
