We are looking for a trainee to:

• Collaborate with internal team to identify areas for process enhancement and participate in Travel & Expense (T&E) projects.

 
We count on you to:

• Post and verify expense reports in the T&E system.

• Administer corporate cards and support reconciliation activities.

• Ensure compliance with internal policies and maintain operational procedures.

• Identify process improvements to optimize T&E operations.

  
What you will bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree (or in final year) in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.

• Previous experience or knowledge in Accounts Payable, Procurement, or T&E is preferred but not required.

• Proficiency in English (written and spoken).

• Additional languages are a plus: French, Italian, German, Spanish, Chinese.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.
