We are looking for: 

• A dynamic Climate Impulse Strategic Communications & Partnership Manager to drive the success of our groundbreaking hydrogen aviation project. This role offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of a historic exploration project.

• You will lead Syensqo’s strategic engagement within the partnership, ensuring high-impact visibility, alignment of messaging, and delivery of meaningful communications across stakeholders. This ensures the partnership is fully embedded in Syensqo’s broader brand narrative — amplifying the company’s long-term commitments to science, innovation, and sustainable transformation.  Reporting line to Climate Impulse Partnership Director.

   

We count on you for: 

• Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with Climate Impulse to drive business engagement and achieve Syensqo’s objectives. 
• Enhance Syensqo’s brand and reputation among key audiences by leveraging the project’s visibility, while also driving narrative ownership, implementing a strategic content approach, and strengthening media positioning.

Strategic Planning:

• Collaborate with the Climate Impulse Partnership Director and Climate Impulse Technology Lead to co-develop and execute strategic plans aligned with project goals. 
• Collaborate with Climate Impulse on strategic activation plans for the project.
• Foster exchanges across Syensqo's value chains and ecosystem to identify joint opportunities and turn them into growth initiatives.
• Manage Syensqo’s contributions to key events and stakeholder engagements.
• Set and deliver against clear KPIs, reflecting on the different strategic levers of the partnership.

Partnership Management:

• Develop collaborations with Climate Impulse Main and Official Partners to ensure cohesive approach.
• Support project governance and ensure smooth execution of contractual conditions.
• Act as liaison with the Climate Impulse team in Lausanne and contribute to the Climate Impulse team work.
• Coordinate the execution of Syensqo’s storytelling within this partnership - ensuring alignment of narrative shared campaigns and joint visibility milestones.

Impact:

• Partner with Group Communications, Public Affairs, and Sustainability teams to align execution and enhance the Group brand and reputation.
• Represent the Group in external communications opportunities.
• Coordinate messaging with Climate Impulse partners for maximum collaborative impact, including potential shared content frameworks and joint communications campaigns.
• Coordinate activation budget execution.

You will bring:

• Advanced degree in Business Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field (equivalent experience considered)
• Proven track record in partnership strategies and marketing campaigns
• Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills
• Experience with AI and Gen AI tools for enhanced execution speed
• Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple initiatives
• Passion for sustainability and climate action
• Strategic thinking and creative problem-solving
• Growth mindset and innovative thinking
• Strong networking and leadership skills, with local and international teams across all organizational levels
• Ability to translate technical concepts into compelling narratives
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Additional information:

• Travel to various locations, including airports and events, will be required.
• With the Climate Impulse team being located in Les Sables d’Olonnes, Chateauroux, France and Lausanne, Switzerland, a flexible plan can be set up.
