Company Accounting Manager

We are looking for: 

• We are currently seeking a Company Accounting Manager to represent the GBS Accounting Platform APAC team. Within the Service Line Finance, the Company Accounting Manager (CAM) is responsible for ensuring compliance with each country’s tax regulations and IFRS standards for the entity or entities under their responsibility.

We count on you for:

• Validate the consolidation packages
• Supervise accounts review
• Set up of annual accounts and monitoring of statutory obligations
• Ensure interface with the auditors
• Ensure internal control for the legal entity
• Prepare files related to tax audits
• Manage statistical and regulatory surveys
• Perform restructuring operations
• Review & Monitor intercompany invoice
• More generally, he/she will work with the different teams of GBS, (customers, suppliers,
• payroll).
• Its action falls within the scope of the objectives of the Service Line Finance: support to GBU’s, expertise (accounting technique, IFRS, tax).
• Specific activities for CAM (Adhoc)
• Interact with the related stakeholders including CFO GBU and controllers, Tax specialist,Consolidation, Other accounting teams, Shared service center, Internal control,Tax administration and institutional organization, Auditors, Accountant of the works council...

You will bring: 

• Ideally graduated major Accounting or Finance (depending on experience)
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Knowledge of IFRS accounting (VAT, Income tax, others taxes …)
• Experience in general accounting 3 years (minimum)
• Knowledge of treasury principles is highly preferred
• Ability to understand systems architecture and strong IT tools knowledge in SAP ERP, BFC and Microsoft Office, experience at Google is preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Strong responsibilities and be able to work under pressure.
• Ability to interact with stakeholders from all levels across different cultures
• Self-starter, achievement driven to identify, propose and fulfill challenging targets
• Good written and spoken communication in English
• Work in Audit experience is a plus
• CPA is a plus
