We are looking for: Industry Revolution IA/GenAI Deployment Expert

We count on you for:Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison between manufacturing teams and AI/GenAI experts to facilitate the integration of AI technologies into manufacturing processes.

• Analyze existing manufacturing workflows to identify opportunities for AI-driven enhancements and efficiencies.

• Collaborate closely with AI/GenAI experts to tailor AI solutions that address specific manufacturing challenges and objectives.

• Implement and oversee the deployment of AI models and systems within the manufacturing environment, ensuring alignment with operational goals and standards. Track the adoption.

• Provide hands-on support and training to manufacturing personnel on the use and benefits of AI technologies, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI solutions in the manufacturing context, providing feedback and recommendations for optimization.

• Successful integration of AI solutions that lead to measurable improvements in manufacturing efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.

• Strengthened collaboration between manufacturing teams and AI/GenAI experts, enhancing the overall capability and understanding of AI technologies.

• Continuous feedback loop and documentation of AI deployment projects, contributing to best practices and future initiatives.

You will bring: 

• Strong background in manufacturing processes and operations, with experience in implementing technology-driven improvements.

• Familiarity with AI/GenAI technologies and their application in industrial settings.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical and impactful solutions.

• A degree in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred, with additional knowledge or experience in AI technologies being advantageous. 

You will get: 

• Competitive salary and benefits package

• The base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position will be $108,000 to $135,000 a year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonuses and/or other incentives.

• 16 weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations
