We are looking for:
Syensqo AI Change Manager:
- Syensqo initiated a fundamental transformation, and this transformation positioned digital technologies as key drivers to make it happen.
- It requires us to change the way we operate and leverage the tremendous amount of know-how, knowledge, structured and unstructured datasets that exist in the Group.
- Syensqo has decided to create a startup team, Syensqo.ai, dedicated to the AI and Generative AI domain.
- Its mantra is simple: deliver value, with speed and agility, while taking no compromise on compliance, ethics, guardrails, or regulations.
- Now it’s time for this team to move from a start-up to a scale-up.
- As the Syensqo AI Change Manager, you will play a pivotal, hands-on role in executing and coordinating change management activities across all Syensqo AI initiatives.
- These include, but are not limited to, AI literacy and Culture & awareness programs (webinars, conferences, training), the deployment of AI chatbots & tools (big bets for the company), and advanced analytics tools throughout the organization.
- Reporting to the Syensqo AI Change Lead, you will translate change strategies into actionable plans, ensuring effective adoption, engagement, and integration of AI solutions within diverse business functions.
- Your focus will be on operational delivery—managing communications, training, stakeholder engagement, user support, and feedback collection—to support Syensqo’s ambition to become an AI-first organization.
We count on you for:

Change Execution: Implement change management plans and activities as defined by the Syensqo AI Change Lead for all AI-related tools and programs.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with development teams, business units, and end users to ensure smooth execution of change initiatives across R&D, manufacturing, commercial, and support functions.
- Change Deliverables Production: Prepare, update, and distribute targeted adoption content (training, communication, process mapping) to keep users informed and engaged throughout the rollout and beyond.

Content Preparation: Develop clear, user-friendly materials for communications, training sessions, user guides, and awareness campaigns (including Responsible AI and AI literacy).

Training Coordination: Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops, webinars, and user support activities to build capability and confidence in using Syensqo AI tools.

User Support & Q&A: Serve as the primary point of contact for all questions from users of Syensqo AI tools, providing timely and accurate responses to ensure a positive user experience.
- Adoption Monitoring: Track adoption metrics and report progress, risks, and issues to the Syensqo AI Change Lead and relevant project teams.

You will bring:

Education: Bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years of higher education) in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, Change Management, or a related field is required.

A Master’s degree (preferred)

Experience:
-
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in digital transformation or change management roles, with a strong focus on digital or AI-enabled tools.

Demonstrated experience in supporting the rollout, adoption, or change management of digital or AI solutions within a business environment is essential.

Strong Communication: Ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences, both verbally and in writing.

Empathy and Emotional Intelligence: Demonstrates empathy and emotional intelligence in interactions, understanding user perspectives, managing change-related concerns, and fostering a supportive environment.

Stakeholder Engagement: Skilled at building relationships, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing stakeholder expectations.

User-Centric Mindset: Focused on understanding user needs, providing responsive support, and ensuring a positive user experience.

Content Development: Proficient in preparing engaging and accessible content for communications, training, and user guidance.

Digital & AI Literacy: Strong understanding of digital tools and AI technologies, especially as they relate to commercial processes.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Chinese, French) are a plus.

- Competitive salary and benefits package
- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $108,000-to $135,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
- 16 or more weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations.
