To identify, propose, define, manage and/or participate in Site Excellence projects, focusing as well on incremental as breakthrough change, to provide support to teams for best practices sharing, to deploy lean six sigma by providing training and coaching to the organization and to ensure state-of-the art methodologies are developed and consequently applied in all projects in order to optimize the performance of all Units.
To develop for the Site the Tactical Improvement Plans (in all domains), to assist in development and challenge the Site in their improvement aspirations, to assign resources and ensure proper resourcing available, to manage the projects and monitor the use of the appropriate methodologies and toolboxes, to support the Change Agents in their projects, and to create a mindset of continuous improvement
Main Output:
- Projects completion and results.
- Change project priorities & planning.
- Change management training & support.
- Respect of methodologies and toolbox.
- Development of mindset of continuous improvement in the site
Performance Criteria:
- Contribution to the Site REBITDA improvement
- Quality of analysis and recommendations regarding benchmarking data
- Customer satisfaction
- Effectiveness of the provided support
- Effectiveness in best practices sharing and community animation on site
- Quality of train and coaching to belts on site
The duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain updated about and get trained in the Excellence methodologies and tools, applied by the Group.

Adequately apply for each Excellence project the selected ME and change management tools and methodologies.

Coach project team members on in the tools and methodologies

Collect and analyze manufacturing performance data.
Contribute to the development of the project objectives.

Design and manage and, when necessary, update the implementation plan.

Inform and instruct the project teams about the project objectives, KPI’s, methodology and tools.

Pilot and supervise project activities.

Define / develop and implement systems, programs, processes, SOPs and tools in coherence with the implementation plan.

Track Site Excellence results

Education and Experience
- Bachelor of Science Degree (Engineering, Mechanical Preferred)
- 5 years of experience
- Lean Manufacturing
- Must be a US citizen or have Permanent Resident status. Must be able to obtain a valid US Passport and pass a background check.

Supervisory Responsibilities
- Direct Report may be required based on project scope and length
You will get:
- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $124,560.00 to $155,700.00 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
