Global Quality Engineer – North America
We are looking for:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related technical field
Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in quality engineering within the composites, advanced materials, or specialty chemicals industries
Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and regulatory requirements relevant to composites manufacturing
Demonstrated ability to lead root cause analysis, problem-solving, and continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)
Experience with customer and supplier quality management, including audits, complaint resolution, and corrective actions
Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
Authorization to work in the United States

Supporting new product development and process changes by providing quality expertise and risk assessments

Managing customer and supplier quality requirements, including audits, documentation, and resolution of complaints

Providing training and guidance on quality tools, methodologies, and best practices
Representing the company in customer and regulatory audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards
Supporting global harmonization of quality processes and sharing best practices across regions

The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $94,960 to $118,700 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.

Additional information:
This position is based on the west coast of the United States.
Remote work is possible, with periodic on-site presence as required.
Travel may be up to 50% during certain periods, including both domestic and international destinations.
