We are looking for:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Global Quality Engineering Intern to join our Global Quality Team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a variety of projects supporting both our global quality initiatives and local manufacturing sites. The intern will gain hands-on experience in quality engineering, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic, international environment.

Support the Global Quality Team and local manufacturing sites with various quality engineering projects and initiatives.

Assist in the analysis and improvement of quality processes, systems, and documentation.

Participate in data collection, analysis, and reporting to support quality metrics and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices in quality management.

Contribute to root cause analysis and corrective action activities for quality issues.

Help prepare presentations, reports, and training materials for internal stakeholders.

Perform other duties and miscellaneous projects as assigned by the Global Quality Team or local site leadership.

You will bring:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related technical field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with data analysis tools is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a global, multicultural team.

Interest in quality systems, process improvement, and manufacturing environments.
