Head of Field Technical Services, North America

This position is the Head of our Field Technical Services organisation for North America. The Field Technical Service Engineers provide the core engineering competency and execution of technical activities with our customers.  Customer interaction and technology development are at the heart of Customer Engineering, working within project frameworks and relying on strong cross-functional skills.  As part of the Commercial function of the Syensqo business, Customer Engineering is at the front-line of ensuring our customers’ and our business’ success.  

This position is responsible and accountable for a distributed team of engineering professionals within the North America region.  The team has a focus towards Field Technical Service activities encompassing direct customer support on the selection and use of our products, providing the voice of the customer to our internal fnctions and representing the businesses best interests in the field. These activities cover the full breadth of technical engagement with our customers. 

You will get:

·         Competitive salary and benefits package. The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $158,800  to $198,500  per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
