We are looking for:
The Site Supply Chain Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing supply chain processes and local teams for both the Orange, TX and Borger, TX sites. This role collaborates with various supply chain functions to achieve business objectives. The manager serves as the primary point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, ensures compliance with relevant regulations, and provides guidance on internal quality policies and standards. The position is accountable for efficiently managing resources, as well as the flow of materials and supply chain information, in alignment with the company’s strategies and goals.

- Accountable for all Supply Chain Site Planning, Warehousing, inventory management, Logistics and procurement at the Orange and Borger sites.
- Define, propose, defend & implement the local supply chain plans, policies and budget, in alignment with the approved regional supply chain strategy.
- Follow-up the implementation of procurement policies and the achieved results
- Investigate Customer Quality Complaints & develop plans to reduce / minimize
- Within site level, follow up and (internally and externally) benchmark the competitiveness and the quality of the Supply Chain and define, propose and implement projects to improve results in terms of operational excellence, cost saving and customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the inventory and performance of external partners associated with site operations (warehousing, tollers).
- Develops, recommends and implements programs to enhance working relationships and communication processes to ensure achievement of leading practice warehouse and materials management processes. Ensures teams share leading practices and lessons learned, use consistent methodologies, and pursue deliverables that are aligned with corporate strategic objectives.
- Establish relationships with key Maintenance and Production Operations groups to understand their work areas and requirements to improve planning and forecasting outlooks.
- Coordinates with site teams to execute and manage the daily logistical tasks
- Execute the monthly cyclic count reports and reconciliations. Evaluate the compliance of standards and objectives for cycle counts and maintain accuracy to agreed Standards.
- Develop skills and abilities of direct and indirect reports through ongoing performance measurement and feedback. Provide career guidance and act as a champion and mentor for all resources in the supply chain organization.
- Ensure that all warehouse operations are in compliance with Safety requirements promoting the company’s safety culture, including training of assigned staff, clearly stating safety expectations, ensuring unsafe events are reviewed in a timely manner and 100% compliance with all company and governmental regulations.

You will bring:
- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or relevant field of study.
- 5+ years of related experience in Supply Chain.
- 4+ years of management experience – leading teams and managing direct reports.
- SAP experience preferred.
- Strong problem solving, organizational and conceptual thinking skills.
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to impact and influence change.
- Strong customer care aptitude needed / Ability to work with cross functional teams needed.
- Previous training in planning, warehousing and logistics.

- The U.S. annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: $112,000 to $140,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, such as skills, experience, qualifications, etc. and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
