Mission;
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the vital link between our customers, commercial teams, and supply chain operations. You will manage a dedicated portfolio of customers, ensuring their orders are processed accurately and efficiently, while providing outstanding support throughout the entire order lifecycle. - Your commitment to understanding customer needs will help deliver seamless and satisfying experiences
every time. - We count on you for:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between our manufacturing plants and customers, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Accurately manage customer orders from entry to invoice, maintaining up-to-date master data and ensuring compliance with our policies.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain and Product Managers to address special customer requests and drive effective solutions.
- Monitor and report on customer KPIs, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Support complaint management processes, including credits, debits, and ebates.
- Engage in cross-functional discussions to optimize processes and enhance customer outcomes.
- Administer all orders in our ERP system, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with export regulations.

- Manage customer portals, ensuring timely responses and documentation for audits and inspections.
- Work closely with Pricing and Data Management teams to ensure accurate pricing and contract adherence.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of business processes, compliance obligations, and export requirements.
- Proven experience in customer service, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and diplomacy skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to make sound business decisions and solve problems in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Familiarity with export compliance, contract administration, and industry quality standards is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn technical product information and apply it to customer solutions.
- Multilingual abilities are highly valued.

You will get:
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $65,000-$80,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
