We are looking for:

A technically skilled Maintenance Planner with a strong problem-solving mindset to join our team. The Planner will be responsible for developing detailed job packages and work plans to ensure safe, efficient, and effective execution of maintenance activities across our operations.

 

We can count on you for:

  • Review and manage the backlog of validated work notifications and work orders.

  • Develop comprehensive work plans for maintenance jobs (excluding urgent P0 and P1 jobs), detailing the scope, required resources, estimated durations, and necessary materials or spare parts.

  • Create and maintain work orders, task lists for repetitive repairs, and a library of job plans to drive efficiency and reduce rework.

  • Ensure all job packages are “ready to schedule” and forward them to the Scheduler.

  • Participate in the development of weekly work schedules and reliability/continuous improvement meetings.

  • Update work plans to incorporate feedback, improvements, and captured efficiencies.

  • Support the completion of predictive and preventive maintenance plans.

  • Analyze equipment failures and maintenance requests to define optimal repair plans.

  • Facilitate efficient execution of maintenance work, minimizing wasted time.

You will bring:

  • High School Diploma required or equivalent 

  • Degree or diploma in Engineering, Maintenance, or a related technical discipline preferred

  • 5+ years experience in maintenance planning or a related technical field preferred

  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, or chemical environments is a plus

  • Strong engineering mindset (e.g., ability to read technical drawings)

  • Highly organized and structured approach to work

  • Ingenuity and resourcefulness in diagnosing problems and defining solutions

  • Solid understanding of maintenance tasks and processes

  • Awareness of equipment reliability and safety risks

  • Experience with SAP is a plus

 

You will get: 

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $78,000 - 98,000/annually. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
