We are looking for:
The Site manufacturing Excellence leader drives the continuous improvement process within the site to optimize safety, quality and productivity to propose for the Site the change project priorities (in the domain of ME and other domains), to challenge the Site in their improvement aspirations, to assign resources to each project and ensure they are properly trained, to manage the projects and monitor the use of the appropriate methodologies and toolboxes, to support the Change Agents in their projects, and to create a mindset of continuous improvement.
We count on you to:
Define and deploy ME projects and tools, and track results

Develop a project statement for each ME project and appoint a project team

Perform ME audits and sustainability checks

Steer and monitor the manufacturing performance data collection and analysis

Manage ME improvement projects, in collaboration with GBU or Site ME teams.

Follow up project KPI’s and take corrective measures when necessary

Assure the liaison with other Operational Excellence initiatives across own sites and support exchange across GBUs

Track ME results and performance for own perimeter
Develop continuous improvement, mindset & behaviors

Define a process to ensure continuous improvement of the ME project parameters.

Brief Site management about their role and coach them regarding the ME activities

Follow up improvement actions and progress of KPI’s

Keep ME dashboard for own perimeter
Manage the team and the network

Define objectives for, lead, motivate, coach, develop and evaluate the members of the own team

Participate in the selection, rotation and promotion of team members

Participate in the ME network and exchange experiences and best practices

You will bring:

Bachelors of Science, Engineering or equivalent relevant experience is preferred

Minimum 5-7 years manufacturing/ engineering leadership role

An obvious history of roles that clearly demonstrate successful Team Leadership, Problem Solving, Lean Improvement and business results

Clear understanding of Lean principles with demonstrated utilization and significant results
-
Leadership of continuous improvement team initiative with significant results
-
Leadership of Six-sigma problem solving team initiatives with significant results
Organizational Knowledge Areas

Understand Company Safety Standards and Procedures

Understand Company Quality System and Procedures

Understand Manufacturing Planning System and Procedures

Understanding of manufacturing excellence tools.

You will get:
- Competitive salary and benefits package
- The U.S. annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: $112,000 to $140,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, including skills, experience, and qualifications. It can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
