We are looking for: 

The Supply Chain Leader plays a key role in driving efficient planning, logistics, and inventory management at our Kalamazoo site.

We count on you for: 

• Oversee all planning activities at the manufacturing site, including production scheduling, raw material planning, inventory management, SMOG management, order promise dates, and escalation management within the 0–4 month horizon.
• Manage logistics operations and ensure safe, efficient warehouse management, standardizing best practices in logistics using SAP.
• Coordinate production scheduling decisions and communications with cross-functional teams to maximize OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance for customers.
• Develop and execute inventory plans to meet business requirements and working capital targets, focusing on key metrics such as days on hand (DOH) and percent SMOG.
• Lead customer rate readiness reviews at the site level.
• Champion safety and best practices in all supply chain activities.

You will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of supply chain or operations experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
• APICS certification and/or MBA preferred.

• The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $94,960 to $115,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
