We are seeking a motivated and experienced NA Indirect Domain Buyer to support Indirect sourcing and supplier management activities across North America.  This role operates as an individual contributor within a regional procurement team, responsible for managing 20M Euro of indirect spend.

The  Procurement Buyer will lead Indirect sourcing initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and drive value through cost optimization, process efficiency, and effective supplier management. Based on experience and performance, there may be opportunities to take on broader or global category responsibilities.

 

We count on you for:

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities across assigned indirect spend categories, including RFx execution, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and contract support
  • Partner with internal stakeholders (e.g., HR, Finance, Operations, Facilities) to understand business requirements and provide procurement guidance
  • Deliver value through cost savings, cost avoidance, and demand management initiatives
  • Manage day-to-day supplier relationships, including performance monitoring and issue resolution
  • Support implementation of regional procurement strategies aligned with global objectives
  • Identify opportunities for spend consolidation, supplier rationalization, and process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and systems
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to support sourcing decisions
  • Collaborate with global and regional procurement teams to share best practices and align approaches
  • Support contract lifecycle activities, including renewals and documentation

 

You will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience, preferably in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain roles
  • Preferred to have experience managing or supporting indirect spend categories (e.g., professional services, contingent labor, HR services, etc)
  • Demonstrated experience supporting sourcing events and supplier negotiations
  • Familiarity with procurement tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Ariba, Icertis, or similar)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and support decision-making

You will get:

  • Competitive salary and benefits package
  • The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $98,000 to $140,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
  • 16, or more weeks, of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations
