We are looking for:
The Maintenance & Reliability Engineer provides engineering support to the Piedmont site by identifying equipment reliability opportunities and implementing changes through a systematic process of data collection, failure analysis, and project implementation
We count on you for:
- Provide engineering support to the Marietta facility to assure targeted reliability performance of processing assets via a systematic process of data collection, failure analysis, and project implementation.
- Leads continuous improvement initiatives and ensures the effectiveness of the fixed equipment inspection programs.
- Collaborates with Operations & Maintenance groups to schedule and complete inspection activities. Oversees the inspection activities.
- Direct and complete analyses of equipment failures using problem solving and root cause analysis techniques.
- Effectively document and communicate the findings of failure analyses to drive improved sustainability.
- Lead and participate in project design, specification, and commissioning to deliver the targeted reliability and maintainability of new and modified assets with respect to life-cycle costs.
- Provide technical support to maintenance during troubleshooting and repair of equipment and systems.
- Develop, document, evaluate, and maintain facility and equipment maintenance strategies.
- Participates in process hazard analyses for new and altered equipment and processes by using knowledge of design and maintenance of fixed equipment (vessels and piping)
- Adhere to all safety standards, policies, and procedures. Practice the Tenets of Operation.
- Participate with cross-functional groups in incident investigations and completion of corrective actions.

You will bring:
- Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering preferred
- 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience (chemical/refinery and PSM experience preferred)
- Proficient in SAP PM/MM or other Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Strong trouble shooting skills with a root-cause approach
- Ability to influence change and realize innovation
- Effective Communication skills – written and spoken

- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $94,960 to $118,700 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
