We are looking for:
The Site Supply Chain Manager oversees all supply chain processes at the Marietta, OH site. This role is essential for maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, delivering superior customer service, ensuring efficient and cost-effective operations, and optimizing inventory management for raw materials, finished goods, and technical goods.
We count on you for:
- Oversee all site supply chain functions, including planning, warehousing, inventory management, logistics, and procurement.
- Ensure all personnel and warehouse operations comply with safety requirements and promote a strong safety culture, including staff training, clear safety expectations, timely review of incidents, and full adherence to company and regulatory standards.
- Develop, propose, and implement local supply chain plans, policies, and budgets in alignment with regional strategies.
- Oversee procurement policy implementation and monitor results.
- Investigate supply chain-related customer complaints and develop action plans to improve service.
- Contribute to regional supply chain strategy by providing insights based on local trends and customer needs.
- Benchmark site supply chain performance internally and externally, and lead projects to drive operational excellence, cost savings, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement programs to enhance communication, collaboration, and best practice sharing across warehouse and materials management teams.
- Drive standardization and process improvements across the organization, resolving cross-functional issues and aligning methodologies with corporate guidance.
- Build strong relationships with plant-based teams to understand their needs and improve planning and forecasting.
- Coordinate with site teams to manage daily logistics tasks.
- Maintain regular contact with service providers to support operations and resolve issues.
- Oversee monthly cycle count reports and reconciliations, ensuring compliance with inventory standards and accuracy.
- Develop the skills and capabilities of direct and indirect reports through ongoing feedback, performance measurement, and career guidance, serving as a mentor and champion for the supply chain team.

You will bring:
- Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or relevant field of study.
- Ten (10+) years of related experience in Supply Chain.
- Four (4+) years of management experience – leading teams and managing direct reports.
- Working familiarity with SAP.
- APICS CPIM, CLTD, or CSCP certification preferred.
- Transportation Logistics experience preferred.
- Strong problem solving, organizational and conceptual thinking skills.
- Collaborative spirit.
- Excellent oral/written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to impact and influence change.
- Strong customer care aptitude needed / Ability to work with cross functional teams needed.
- Previous training in planning, warehousing and logistics.

- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $124,560 to $155,700 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
