We are looking for:
A production coordinator to lead Site operations team for assigned shift, communicate expectations, monitor performance, and take corrective actions to address issues and ensure achievement of site Key X's for: HSE compliance, Quality system requirements, S&OP Plan. Champions advancement initiatives in the areas of Safety, Zero Defect, Customer Focus and Operations Improvement through utilization of a continuous improvement culture. Lead select operations improvement initiatives as assigned. Perform routine lab analysis as needed to support the site.

Ensure the team members are qualified and meet expectations.

Manage labor needs with Production Superintendent to make most efficient use of available personnel.

Support cross-functional and Site improvement initiatives.

Participate in select Area Improvement Teams (AITs) as applicable.

Identify opportunities to delegate, develop and empower team members in accordance with achieving Plan objectives.

Support maintenance activities, contractor oversight, and procurement of materials on the off-shift and provide relief coverage as needed.

Act as sole on-site supervision on off shifts and weekends to ensure continual plant operations and site security.
-Incident commander for plant emergencies

Back-up logistics leader and distribution coordinator - coordinate activities between shipping / receiving and production departments to ensure timely shipments and effective storage capabilities.

Manage department front line tasks, such as Operator PMs, Safety and Housekeeping Inspections, pump inspections, rainwater management, and ensures SHE compliance and 5S standards are sustained.

Conformance to all safety, quality, customer, regulatory and statutory requirements.

Within six (6) months of employment, complete various training for Regulatory requirements and hazardous waste management procedures relevant to this position, and complete any required refresher training thereafter. This position may further include responding to emergencies, requiring familiarization with emergency procedures, emergency equipment, and emergency systems. You will bring:

High school diploma with 3-5 years' experience in a chemical production environment

Associate's degree in Engineering or similar field (Prefered)

Previous supervisory experience

The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $80,800 to $X101,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.

The work cycle for this position follows a rotating shift based upon the 28-day cycle for the site wageroll employees. There are four (4) Shift Coordinators assigned to the rotating shift.
