We are looking for: |
The qualified (I/E) Technician is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting plant electrical systems, power distribution, and instrumentation. The role supports plant safety, reliability, and emergency response on a rotating shift.
We can count on you for:
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems, drives, instrumentation, and power distribution.
- Support a strong safety culture and follow all safety protocols (including NFPA 70E).
- Respond to emergency and scheduled maintenance work orders.
- Participate in reliability improvement initiatives and the Emergency Response Team.
- Collaborate with team members and provide technical support.
- Document maintenance activities and irregularities.

You will bring:
- Associate Degree in Maintenance, Electrical, or Instrumentation Technology OR Minimum 5 years’ industrial I/E maintenance experience
- Strong knowledge of electrical safety and industry standards (e.g., NFPA 70E)
- Experience with:
- Electrical systems & power distribution
- Variable speed drives & control systems
- Process instrumentation (temperature, pressure, level, etc.)
- Familiarity with SAP or other CMMS
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Experience in chemical or carbon fibers manufacturing a plus

- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $36.05 - $41.00 per hour. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
