We are looking for:
A proactive and technically skilled Site Process Control Engineer to join our West Deptford, NJ team. You will be responsible for configuring, integrating, and maintaining our plant’s Distributed Control Systems (DCS) and Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC), ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient operations. Your expertise will drive continuous improvement and support our mission of advancing scientific breakthroughs.
We can count on you to:
- Configure, program, and maintain DCS (Honeywell Experion, TDC 3000) and PLC systems (Allen Bradley, Siemens), including upgrades and migrations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve urgent issues related to process control, instrumentation, and networked systems.
- Design, implement, and optimize process control strategies and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMI).
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including loop diagrams, logic diagrams, control narratives, and system backups.
- Lead and support projects involving system enhancements, alarm management, and data historian (PI) optimization.
- Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and external vendors to ensure seamless plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with internal safety, cybersecurity, and industry standards.
- Provide guidance to contractors and technicians, and respond to plant needs, including after-hours support when necessary.
- Stay current with evolving technologies and best practices through continuous learning.

You will bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- At least 5 years’ experience with process control systems in a manufacturing or processing plant.
- Strong hands-on experience with Honeywell Experion DCS, TDC 3000, and Allen Bradley/Siemens PLCs.
- Proficiency in process documentation, loop tuning, safety systems, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Familiarity with PI Vision/data historian, HMI optimization, and OT network architectures.
- Analytical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A collaborative mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
- Ability to work on-site at West Deptford, NJ, with some flexibility for remote work.

- The U.S. base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this position is $112,000 to $140,000 per year. Since actual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted base salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
