Maintenance Supervisor

We are looking for:

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance and repairs of plumbing, piping, equipment, as well as instrumentation and electrical systems at the Willow Island site.

We count on you for:

• Organizes and oversees the work of maintenance technician staff.
• Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Serves as 2nd level troubleshooter for all site maintenance work (tech is first level.)
• Offer any overtime consistent with the current CBA and Company policies.
• Minimizes maintenance costs.
• Comply and enforce terms of the Company and Union CBA.
• Performs other related duties as assigned

You will bring:

• Associates degree or higher in maintenance/mechanical/electrical discipline preferred.
• 10+ years of industrial facility maintenance experience is preferred.
• Previous full-time (maintenance) supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced SAP Maintenance knowledge preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, piping, mechanical and rotating equipment as well as instrument and electrical.systems/equipment in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to read, interpret, and apply information from files, drawings, catalogs, reports, and manuals.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to identify issues and determine repairs that are needed.
• Excellent management, supervisory, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of safety hazards and appropriate precautions applicable to work assignments.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in written and verbal form.

• The U.S. annual base salary range reasonably expected to be paid for this new hire is: $98,720 to $123,400.  Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate, such as skills, experience, qualifications, etc. and can ultimately be more or less than the posted salary range. Total compensation for this role also includes bonus and/or other incentives.
• 16, or more, weeks of maternity/paternity and co-parenting leave, according to local regulations

• Physical Requirements:  Must be able to traverse property (including stairs) and facility to diagnose building issues and plan repairs or maintenance.
