We are looking for:
A commercially assertive Senior Account Manager (gn) – Motorsports to own and grow strategic motorsport and high-performance automotive accounts, translating customer programs into profitable, forecast-accurate, and contractually robust business for Syensqo. The role requires confident engagement with OEMs, race teams, Tier-1s, and composite converters, while thoroughly protecting company interests on pricing, scope, contracts, and execution.
Key responsibilities:

Full ownership of assigned motorsport and special-vehicle accounts, driving year-on-year growth and defending market share.

Lead pricing strategy, margin protection, and contract negotiations in collaboration with internal teams.

Identify and pursue upsell, cross-sell, and technology insertion opportunities.

Act as the single commercial interface for customer programs, ensuring disciplined execution from RFQ to lifecycle management.

Maintain accurate CRM data and deliver high-quality forecasts aligned with internal targets and KPIs.

Build trusted senior-level customer relationships and represent Syensqo as a credible partner in demanding environments.
You will bring:

5+ years in technical sales, account management or customer facing technical services

Strong exposure to motorsport, automotive composites, aerospace, or advanced materials.

Native-level English fluency (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are a plus.

Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%, primarily within the UK and to key global motorsport locations

Proven track record of closing deals, enforcing pricing, and managing complex customers.

Skilled negotiator with strong commercial discipline and technical credibility in high-performance composites
