18 Month Fixed Term Contract

We are looking for:

A customer service professional to join our Composite Materials GBU, managing a defined portfolio of customers across commercial and supply chain functions.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage customer orders from entry to invoice, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
• Act as key liaison between customers and internal teams including planning, logistics, and quality
• Maintain accurate customer master data and ensure alignment with pricing and contracts
• Handle customer portals including order uploads, KPI responses, and documentation
• Support complaint, rebate, and deduction processes in close collaboration with relevant teams
• Ensure export compliance and documentation are complete and accurate
• Monitor and improve customer KPIs through data-based decisions and proactive issue resolution

You will bring:

• 3 or more years of experience in customer service or order management within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) for order entry, pricing, and data management
• Solid understanding of export compliance and documentation requirements
• Experience managing customer portals and handling complex order processing
• Strong knowledge of pricing, invoicing, and complaint resolution processes
• Ability to track and report on KPIs related to order fulfillment and customer performance
• Working knowledge of units of measure, conversion rates, and shipping documentation
