We are looking for:
We are looking for a Manufacturing Excellence Change Agent to join our team and drive operational excellence across our manufacturing sites. The successful candidate will champion Lean methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring our manufacturing processes achieve the highest standards of safety, quality, productivity, and cost-effectiveness. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement and supporting Syensqo’s mission to deliver breakthrough solutions for our customers and society.

We count on you for:

  • Leading Lean initiatives, including waste elimination, SMED, 5S, standard work and visual management
  • Identifying, planning, and executing continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen
  • Providing training and coaching to employees at all levels on Lean tools and best practices
  • Establishing and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and sustain improvement
  • Collaborating with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and effective implementation of improvement project
  • Managing change by communicating benefits, addressing resistance, and ensuring sustainable adoption of new processes
  • Promoting knowledge sharing and standardization of best practices across sites and teams

You will bring:

  • Proven experience in manufacturing operations and continuous improvement roles
  • Strong expertise in Lean manufacturing principles and tools (Lean certification preferred)
  • Experience with Six Sigma, Kaizen, and TPM methodologies is an asset
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to influence, motivate, and coach teams at all level
  • Ability to read, write, and comprehend technical documents in English
