We are looking for:
For our Aerospace plant in Wrexham, UK, we are currently looking for a Maintenance Engineer (gn) to support the Wrexham manufacturing site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate in accordance with Company HSE policies and SSoW procedures
- Working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
- Work to maintenance schedules, carrying out planned preventative maintenance on a range of process and support equipment
- React swiftly to process breakdowns to minimise downtime
- Ensure root cause of equipment failure is always identified and appropriate preventative action implemented
- Accurate and consistent completion of documentation and SAP data
- Ensure the work area is kept clean and in an orderly manner.
You will bring:
- Time served engineering apprenticeship.
- Minimum ONC/HNC in Engineering (ideally both mechanical and electrical).
- IEE 18th edition regulations if electrically biased.
- COMPEX qualified (advantageous)
- Basic Safety Related work based training
- Strong commitment to all aspects of workplace safety
- Knowledge of PLC's, Controls and Motor Drives, AC and DC motors,Pneumatics, Hydraulics, Electrical and Mechanical Properties

Salary: The base salary for this role is £42,982.74
