We are looking for:
A Raw Materials / Finished Goods Planner (gn).

Own the short- and mid-term planning and coordination of production, demand, and inventory schedules for designated machines and materials (including raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods).

Develop, optimize, and communicate production schedules to maximize machine and material utilization, considering capacity, material availability, and business requirements.

Monitor and manage material availability, including inventory control, analysis of stock levels, and implementation of actions to prevent shortages or excess inventory.

Process MRP messages, coordinate purchase orders and priorities, and communicate material needs to both internal and external suppliers.

Serve as a key liaison, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams (such as Sales, Logistics, Production, and Procurement) and participating in site-wide planning processes (e.g., S&OP).

Identify and implement improvement initiatives to optimize costs, processes, and product quality, including risk analysis and development of recommendations.

Support the qualification of new raw materials and suppliers, assist in resolving supplier issues, and escalate concerns to the global procurement team as needed.
You will bring:

Ideally, 2+ years of experience in planning, along with a background in supply chain, a degree in Supply Chain Management, or APICS certification.

Experience with SAP in a planning or purchasing role is a strong advantage.

Strong business acumen, with the ability to quickly absorb information and make sound decisions under pressure.

A consistent, proactive approach, high energy, and the ability to work independently and take initiative.

The capability to understand Syensqo’s manufacturing processes and their interdependencies.
