We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Continuous Improvement Leader to join our Wrexham Composites site. In this pivotal role, you will direct and drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and waste reduction. You will also lead the site’s Waterline process, ensuring effective coordination of cross-functional operational resources loading for all active projects.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and implement continuous improvement activities to optimize OEE and minimize waste across the site.

Drive a culture of operational excellence, engaging teams at all levels to identify and deliver improvement opportunities.

Lead the Waterline process for the site, ensuring robust project management and resource allocation.

Coordinate and align cross-functional teams to deliver on active projects, ensuring accountability and progress.

Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, providing actionable insights to the Site Manager and GBU Operational Excellence team.

Facilitate training and development in continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
About You:

Proven experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, ideally within composites or advanced materials.

Strong knowledge of continuous improvement tools and methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.

Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision making.
